Conference hall - Technical description

This modernly equipped conference hall is ideal for holding various events, from presentations and meetings to conferences and seminars. With top audio-visual technology, the hall provides a pleasant and productive experience for all participants.

Video system:

o display video material, the hall is equipped with a NEC/SHARP laser 3LCD video projector (8000 ANSI lumens, WUXGA resolution, built-in HDBaseT receiver). The projector ensures an extremely bright and sharp image, even in well-lit room conditions. The projector's laser technology guarantees longevity and minimal maintenance, without the need to replace lamps. The image is projected onto a motorized Screenline projection screen with a diagonal of 188" and a 16:10 format. The screen is optimally placed to ensure excellent visibility for all participants, regardless of their position in the hall. The projector is installed in the suspended ceiling and, if necessary, is lowered into the working position using a motorized lift.

Connecting devices:

To connect portable devices (laptops, etc.) to the system, transmitters are available for transmitting video/audio signals via UTP cable. Connection points are located under the screen and in the corners of the hall, in wall connection boxes. This type of system enables simple and fast connection, as well as flexibility in configuring the hall for various events.

Audio system:

Russound ceiling and JBL wall speaker systems, configured in zones, take care of superb sound in the hall. This configuration enables optimal sound adaptability for different seating settings. For lecturers and communication with the audience, 4 wireless microphone sets (2 handheld and 2 lapel/lavalier) are available. A digital wireless audio conference system is provided for the lecturer's/chairman's desks, in various configurations (round, U-shaped, classroom). All audio processing takes place via the Symetrix digital matrix audio processor, which ensures precise sound control and processing.

System management:

Management of the entire system (including projectors, screen, audio system, etc.) is enabled through the Crestron multimedia control system. The system is controlled via an iPad device, on which an intuitive user interface is installed.

System functions:

• Turning the projector on/off, controlling the projector lift and the motorized roll-up projection screen.

• Selecting the source of the AV signal to display on the screen.

• Sound level adjustment (input microphone/line level, output levels of presentation and speech content).

• The possibility of expanding the system for controlling lighting, curtains and air conditioning.

• Integration of the audio system with the building's fire protection system for broadcasting alarm messages.

• Automatic functions in case of fire (turning on the lights, opening the curtains, raising the curtain, switching to the EVAC system, turning off the system).

This conference room is equipped with the latest technology to ensure a superior experience for all users. The flexibility of the configuration and intuitive management allow the room to be adapted to different needs and events.
